Welcome to the Website of the
Controller of Communication Accounts,
Himachal Pradesh. Our office is located at Shimla. The purpose of
developing this website is to provide a transparent and easy
access of services. This office is headed by the Controller of
Communications Accounts, a SAG level officer. Since its inception in
the year 2000, this office is sincerely engaged in
calculating retirement benefits of BSNL employees, who were the
employees of the DOT before the formation of the BSNL w.e.f.1.10.2000.
Besides, CCA office remains engaged in monitoring and collection
of License Fees, Spectrum Charges, checking and disbursement of subsidy claims to Service Providers in H.P.
service area
under respective Universal Subsidy Obligation Fund Agreements. This
site will provide useful and important information about BSNL
Pensioners of H.P. Telecom Circle, DOT Licensees and Telecom Service
Providers operating in the State under different USOF Agreements. (Map

public. We provide telecommunication services to the people in rural
and remote areas at reasonable and affordable rates. We control the
communication accounts and deliver Retirement benefits to the BSNL
employees of H.P. Circle. Through expression of transparency and
commitment towards our team and work, we have successfully been able
to create an excellent environment within the organisation.
